On October 7, 2017, the Grand Opening of the Tasting Room at Blue Barn Cidery marked an exciting milestone. This inviting space showcases a selection of homegrown ciders crafted from apples exclusively cultivated on Green Acre and West Wind fruit farms. Beyond its own offerings, Blue Barn proudly presents an array of local ciders, beers, wines, and liquors, all derived from the bountiful harvest of New York State-grown ingredients.

Blue Barn Cidery stands as a licensed Farm Winery, dedicated solely to featuring products crafted with the bounty of New York State's own harvest.

Our ethos centers on supporting local businesses and family farms. The importance of understanding the origins of your sustenance is a core value we hold dear. We firmly believe that these principles should extend into the beverage industry as well.

In 2019, the company's horizons expanded with the inauguration of Pomona at Blue Barn – a contemporary and elegant wedding venue nestled beside the Cidery.

The year 2021 bore witness to a significant milestone for Blue Barn as it ventured into the world of distribution. March marked the release of its debut canned products, Westcider and Jostaberry Jam, followed by the introduction of Blueberry Jam in July.

Building upon this momentum, 2022 commenced with vigorous activity as the company underwent comprehensive construction and renovations throughout January. Upon reopening, Blue Barn unveiled an expanded kitchen and extended operating hours. Simultaneously, the brand continued its foray into distribution, venturing into the Buffalo market. The year's ambition culminated with the announcement of plans to introduce four new canned products by year's end.
