Established in 2022, Winter Swan Coffee is the story of a former corporate employee, a coffee fanatic who decided to pursue her lifelong passion for coffee.
Hi, I’m Quynh Bui - Founder of Winter Swan.
Started out in my kitchen’s corner as a home barista, I then realized how much I enjoy not just drinking coffee, but being able to make a delicious cup for others. Winter Swan LLC was founded with the simple mission of introducing a versatile coffee bar serving fun, delicious drinks all around Rochester.

We are delighted to share some exciting news with you today: Winter Swan Coffee is expanding into a permanent location in the beautiful Neighborhood of the Arts! After a year filled with lots of fun and relentless dedication to perfecting our craft and creating a unique coffee experience, we are thrilled to have the opportunity to serve you more often in person.

With this new establishment, we’re bringing together the beauty of two of life's greatest pleasures: coffee and flowers. Nestled inside the beautiful store of Stacy K Floral, our cozy atmosphere will transport you to a world filled with the intoxicating aroma of freshly brewed beans and beautiful fresh flowers, where you can embrace your love for coffee and flowers to the fullest.

As Vietnamese immigrant, “I have such a personal connection to the coffee culture in Vietnam, as well as Southeast Asia in general. It’s reflected in the many Asian inspired flavors and beverages I serve on the menu. It is something I want to bring to Rochester, my second home, and be able to share with everyone locally.”
