Vendor Contract

All transactions between the Vendor and customer are the responsibility of the Vendor. Vendors must have their own change funds. The customer has the right to request and receive a receipt. The collection and remittance of New York Sales Tax is the responsibility of each vendor.

Vendors understand that they should bring all needed display props, including tents, tables, and/or folding chairs that they find necessary for their booth exhibit. Vendors in 10’x10’ tent spaces are required to use weights to keep their tent properly in place in case of wind.

Vendors are responsible for any damage they may cause and will leave their space clean and orderly upon departure.

Vendors are not permitted to share/sublet their booth with another vendor unless approved in advance by the Viciously Crafty team.

All merchandise and display equipment must fit in the marked space of the booth. There will be no storage area supplied.

This is a rain or shine event. The event will be taking place from 10:00am to 5:00pm on Saturday, August 9th, 2025. Vendors are expected to arrive with enough time to fully setup their space and be ready to vend by 10:00am. Setup times and details will be provided before the day of the show.

Vendors agree to pay the Vendor Fee of $90.00 for a 6’ Table Space or $125 for a 10’x10’ Tent Space on time (within 5 days of notification that they have been accepted to the event), via Venmo, and they understand that booths are not transferable. If the Vendor Fee is not paid on time the vendor understands that Viciously Crafty may offer the space to another vendor.

Vendors understand that Viciously Crafty will make the assignments of booth locations for each vendor at their sole discretion.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:
In the event you must cancel your participation: If you cancel before the cancellation deadline of 6/10/2025, we will refund your Vendor Fee. If you cancel your participation on or after the cancellation deadline, we cannot offer a refund of your booth fee. This is a rain or shine event, and refunds will not be offered due to weather conditions.

Misuse/abuse of the Factory Building, Scratch Bakeshop, Stacy K Floral, or 34 Elton Street property, dwellings or patio space, their staff, or any of its equipment will be grounds for immediate dismissal.

Vendor shall protect, maintain, save and hold harmless Viciously Crafty, the Factory Building, Scratch Bakeshop, Stacy K Floral, Pretty Apothecary, Elton Street LLC, all tents at 34 Elton Street, their officers, agents, servants and employees from and against any and all claims, demands, expense and liabilities arising out of injury or death to any person, or the damage, loss or destruction of any property which may occur in or about the venue (including any portion thereof which vendor has not been given the right to occupy or use pursuant to the terms of this Agreement) or which may arise or in any way grow out of any act or omission of vendor, its agents, invitees and patrons’ use and occupancy of venue.

Failure to follow any of the above rules/regulations will result in dismissal and will forfeit future participation in Viciously Crafty events.
